Game Shooting

Southern Scotland is extremely popular for pheasant, partridge and Grouse shooting, with many quality estates to choose from providing excellent sport amidst mixed landscapes from game crops to mature oak woodland, stunning moorland to dramatic conifer plantations.

For driven days a daily limit (bag) of 150 - 400 birds for eight or nine hunters is most common Days may produce bags including pheasant, partridge, woodcock and ducks.
 

Walked up hunting over dogs is also extremely popular and can be arranged to suit.

Fabulous lunches will be provided from light snacks to suit your taste to full traditional shoot lunches providing a truly unique experience.
